BTC khuyến khích những bài dự thi quay video clip và có sự tương tác của các thành viên trong gia đình, đặc biệt là có sự tham gia của các con nhỏ. Về nội dung, BTC khuyến khích các nội dung như sau:

  • Bữa ăn đủ chất, nhiều màu sắc, có sự cân đối giữa các nhóm thực phẩm.
  • Đề cao tính sáng tạo và tiết kiệm, giáo dục chi tiêu hợp lý cho con trẻ.
  • Bài viết mang tính giáo dục về tình yêu trong gia đình cũng như sự trân trọng thực phẩm, đặc biệt là nông sản.

2. Qui cách tính điểm như sau:

  • BGK sẽ chấm nội dung bài viết dựa theo các tiêu chí: câu chuyện món ăn, thông điệp truyền tải, thành phần dinh dưỡng món ăn, cách trình bày.
  • Phần chấm điểm của cộng đồng thông qua lượt tương tác: 1 Like = 1 điểm, 1 Comment = 2 điểm, 1 Share = 3 điểm.
  • Cả 2 thang điểm trên sẽ được qui đồng về thang điểm 10.
  • Những bài dự thi có thêm clip minh họa sẽ được cộng thêm 5 điểm.
  • Điểm chung kết sẽ là tổng điểm từ BGK, điểm clip và điểm tương tác tương đương với điểm tuyệt đối là 25 điểm cho 1 bài dự thi.

3. Những qui định khác:

  • Bài dự thi bắt buộc do chính cá nhân dự thi thực hiện, không được sao chép nội dung hoặc sản phẩm của người khác hay những bài viết của chuyên gia ẩm thực.
  • Để tránh việc tranh chấp bản quyền, mỗi bài dự thi đều yêu cầu có hình ảnh của nhân vật trong gia đình hoặc của chính người dự thi với món ăn mình thực hiện.
  • Người dự thi tự chịu trách nhiệm về tính hợp pháp về nội dung và hình ảnh dự thi.
  • Mỗi cá nhân được phép gửi tối đa 3 bài dự thi, BTC sẽ lấy bài tốt nhất của mỗi cá nhân dự thi để tiến hành chấm điểm.

4. Giải thưởng của cuộc thi bao gồm:

  • 1 Giải nhất: 2 triệu đồng tiền mặt + 3 triệu đồng tiền sản phẩm
  • 1 Giải nhì: 1 triệu đồng tiền mặt + 2 triệu đồng tiền sản phẩm
  • 1 Giải ba: 500.000 đồng tiền mặt + 1 triệu đồng tiền sản phẩm
  • 10 Giải khuyến khích: 1 triệu đồng tiền sản phẩm

BTC được phép dùng hình ảnh và bài chia sẻ của người tham gia để truyền thông. Quyết định của BTC là quyết định cuối cùng.
