Hà Nội chuẩn bị hơn 400 giường điều trị bệnh nhân Covid-19

Trao đổi với VnExpress sáng 18/5, ông Nguyễn Văn Thường, Giám đốc Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đức Giang, cho biết bệnh viện đã vận hành khu cách ly riêng với công suất 150 giường bệnh và có thể xét nghiệm từ 1.500 đến 2.000 mẫu gộp mỗi ngày.

Sau 5 ngày, bệnh viện đã tiếp nhận 90 bệnh nhân và 60 người nhà từ viện Nhiệt đới Trung ương chuyển đến, trong đó có 14 bệnh nhân Covid-19. Tất cả họ đều đã có kết quả xét nghiệm hai lần âm tính, sẽ được xét nghiệm tiếp tại bệnh viện đa khoa Đức Giang và cách ly đủ 21 ngày.

Theo ông Thường, các bệnh nhân Covid-19 sức khỏe ổn định, chưa có bất thường. Riêng nhóm bệnh nhân thường lại đa dạng các mặt bệnh, từ mắc nhiều bệnh nền, đến viêm não, áp xe gan, xuất huyết tiêu hóa, các ca chấn thương đã phẫu thuật… Các bệnh nhân này được xếp vào nhóm nguy cơ, phải theo dõi thường xuyên để xử trí kịp thời.

Lực lượng nhân viên y tế điều trị bệnh nhân Covid-19, chia thành 3 vòng gồm vòng lõi, vòng trong và vòng ngoài, luân phiên chăm sóc người bệnh. Tất cả trao đổi thông tin bằng công nghệ, không tiếp xúc trực tiếp.

“Điều trị từ 7 đến 10 ngày, bác sĩ vòng lõi được ra ngoài xét nghiệm và nghỉ ngơi 21 ngày, sau đó quay lại theo vòng để không bị quá tải công việc”, ông Thường cho biết.

Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đức Giang là một trong những đơn vị y tế được ưu tiên tiêm chủng Covid-19 đợt một năm 2021 của Hà Nội. Ngày 7/5, hơn 550 cán bộ, nhân viên y tế đã được tiêm phòng.

Ba bệnh viện gồm Bắc Thăng Long, Hà Đông, Thanh Nhàn đã xây dựng khu cách ly, đảm bảo đủ nhân lực, trang thiết bị và các điều kiện cần thiết khác để tiếp nhận và điều trị.

Ông Vũ Cao Cương, Giám đốc Bệnh viện đa khoa Bắc Thăng Long, cho biết bệnh viện đang điều trị 36 bệnh nhân Covid-19 được chuyển về từ cơ sở cách ly tập trung hoặc bệnh viện khác trên địa bàn. Tổng công suất là 50 giường.

Bệnh viện Đa khoa Hà Đông đang điều trị cho một F1 có triệu chứng, chưa tiếp nhận bệnh nhân nào từ Nhiệt đới chuyển về nhưng đã sẵn sàng khu cách ly gồm 140 giường để điều trị Covid-19, có thể đi vào hoạt động ngay khi có yêu cầu.

Bệnh viện đa khoa Thanh Nhàn đã sẵn sàng khu cách ly 100 giường bệnh và nhân lực y tế để tiếp nhận bệnh nhân Covid-19, bà Nguyễn Thị Lan Hương, phó giám đốc bệnh viện nói. Trước đó, ngày 7/5, bệnh viện đã điều trị cho 11 bệnh nhân Covid-19 từ Bệnh viện K cơ sở Tân Triều, đến ngày 9/5 thì chuyển họ đến Bệnh viện Bệnh nhiệt đới Trung ương. Ngày 11/5, Bệnh viện Thanh Nhàn ghi nhận một ca dương tính, phát hiện trong khu vực điều trị bệnh nhân Covid-19, đã được cách ly riêng biệt. Mọi hoạt động khám chữa bệnh vẫn diễn biến bình thường. Bệnh viện chưa tiến hành phong tỏa bất kỳ khoa phòng nào.

Đánh giá tình hình dịch bệnh trên địa bàn thành phố đang hết sức phức tạp, đặc biệt trong tuần sát thời điểm diễn ra ngày bầu cử, Chủ tịch UBND TP Hà Nội Chu Ngọc Anh chiều 15/5 yêu cầu chính quyền cơ sở rà soát, nắm rõ từng nhân khẩu cư trú trên địa bàn quản lý. Cùng ngày, Sở Y tế Hà Nội đã có văn bản khẩn chỉ đạo 4 bệnh viện là Bắc Thăng Long, Đức Giang, Thanh Nhàn, Hà Đông thực hiện việc tiếp nhận điều trị bệnh nhân Covid-19, giảm bớt áp lực cho bệnh viện trung ương
