Nam beauty blogger Lê Bảo Trung được nhiều người biết tới với cái tên Chun Potato. Hành trình làm đẹp nhiều năm đã cho nam anh nhiều kinh nghiệm cũng như hành trang theo đuổi ước mơ của mình.

Tại sao khi đang kinh doanh và gặt hái được nhiều thành công, Chun Potato lại quyết định “dừng” và bắt đầu tiếp sự nghiệp học hành của mình tại trường Y?

Thực tế, để có được ngày hôm nay, Chun đã có nhiều đêm miệt mài đọc các tài liệu về y khoa và nhất là da liễu. Và Chun luôn tâm niệm, có trải nghiệm chân thực về kiến thức và giá trị bản thân chính là tiền đề để phát triển sau này.

Việc lựa chọn việc học theo ngành Y, và sau này là chuyên ngành da liễu là một trong những điều mà mình đã nghĩ tới. Chính vì thế, khi “bỏ dở” công việc như thế này, nhiều người cũng vô cùng thắc mắc. Thế nhưng việc học với mình bây giờ không phải là “dừng cuộc chơi” mà là một quyết định đầu tư cho tương lai có định hướng. Và mình không tiếc tiền đầu tư vào nó.

Vậy thì ngoài song song việc học, bạn có dự tính trở thành một beauty blogger như những bạn trẻ khác và được nhiều người biết tới hay không? Vì từng có rất nhiều nhãn hàng muốn hợp tác với bạn thế nhưng bạn đã từng từ chối?

Chun có viết blog và cái tên Chun Potato cũng là tên mà nhiều người biết tới mình qua những trang blog đấy. Người gợi ý cho mình viết blog chính là chị Fierybread. Hai chị em đã có dịp gặp gỡ và trò chuyện. Sau khi thấy mình tìm hiểu khá sâu và có kiến thức về skincare, chị đã chia sẻ rằng mình hãy viết ra và chia sẻ những kinh nghiệm của mình cho mọi người. Và tới nay, blog Chun Potato của mình đã nhận được rất nhiều phản hồi tốt.

Thực tế, việc trở thành một beauty blogger nổi tiếng hay một kols trên MXH hay là một bác sĩ giỏi đều là điều mà bất cứ ai cũng mong muốn nếu “dấn thân” vào con đường làm đẹp. Tuy nhiên, nổi tiếng như thế nào, bằng hình thức ra sao là điều mà Chun suy nghĩ khá nhiều.

Việc nhận review sản phẩm tới từ các nhãn hàng cũng là một trong những cơ hội tốt để đưa mình tới gần hơn với nhiều người. Thế nhưng, Chun là một người khá kĩ tính trong việc sử dụng các sản phẩm skincare. Có rất nhiều lời mời review sản phẩm không phù hợp với tiêu chí của mình và mình cảm thấy rằng, nếu sản phẩm mình không dùng, không chọn thì việc giới thiệu nó vô cùng sai. Và nếu còn điều gì lăn tăn thì câu trả lời của Chun luôn luôn là không.

Vậy thì liệu sau khi quyết định học Y, bạn thấy suy nghĩ của mình về làm đẹp thay đổi như thế nào?

Học Y khoa hay còn gọi là Đa khoa, tức là bạn có kiến thức tổng quát về cơ thể và sức khoẻ con người. Đó cũng là lí do mà sau 6 năm học tập trên ghế nhà trường, nhiều bác sĩ sẽ phải lựa chọn con đường tiếp theo của mình: Nội khoa, Ngoại khoa, Sản, Nhi, Da Liễu, Truyền nhiễm… Với mình, học Y khoa mở ra nhiều cánh cổng cho tương lai. Và tới giờ, mình vẫn yêu thích ngành Da liễu.

Về làm đẹp, kiến thức tổng hợp học ở Đa khoa sẽ giúp Chun có thể có cái nhìn tổng quan nhất không chỉ về da và còn về yếu tố cốt lõi của sức khoẻ. Đây cũng là điều mà Chun thấy thực sự đúng đắn khi lựa chọn việc học.

Trải nghiệm một môi trường học căng với lịch học quá dày ở trường Y, Chun có từng nghĩ rằng quá vất vả nên mình sẽ bỏ cuộc không?

Mình tin rằng, không chỉ mình mà bất cứ ai học Y cũng đều trải qua những áp lực vô cùng lớn từ kiến thức cũng như những đòi hỏi kĩ năng vô cùng cao. May mắn, Chun đã từng tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Kinh Tế đối ngoại,  và giờ học Y cũng có một sự so sánh khá thú vị.

Trước đây học kinh tế, mình thấy khá nhẹ nhàng. Thế nhưng từ khi chuyển qua Y khoa, mình phải chịu áp lực cũng như bắt buộc bản thân nỗ lực gấp nhiều lần, có những lúc nghĩ lại, không thể hiểu rằng tại sao bản thân lại có thể cố gắng được tới như vậy. Bản thân việc vào học được ngành Y mỗi người đều đã trải qua nhiều yêu cầu khá khó khăn nên mình tin rằng ai ở vị trí của Chun rồi cũng sẽ tiếp tục cố gắng được.

Có một phát hiện không hề mới nhưng Chun nghĩ nhiều người sẽ không biết. Khi đi học mình mới cảm thấy thông cảm vì tại sao nhiều người chê “chữ Bác sỹ xấu”. Thực sự mỗi bài thi trong trường Y đều là sự chạy đua với thời gian, từ các phần thi đặc thù chỉ có ở trường Y như thi chạy trạm, thực hành phẫu thuật hay các phần thi thông thường như trắc nghiệm, tự luận đều có một quỹ thời gian vô cùng eo hẹp với một lượng kiến thức khổng lồ, viết gần như không bao giờ kịp. Vậy nên sau 6 năm ai rồi chữ cũng xấu đi (cười).

Lựa chọn tiếp tục đi học sau 1 quãng thời gian đi làm rồi, cũng đã có trong tay 1 tấm bằng đại học rồi, động lực nào khiến Chun quyết tâm như thế này? 

Thực tế còn đường học của mình còn rất dài, sau khi học hết 6 năm để có tấm bằng Bác sỹ đa khoa, mình còn phải dự thi và mất thêm ít nhất 3 năm nữa để có bằng Bác sỹ Da liễu, và sau đó phải mất nhiều năm thực hành thì Chun mới có cơ hội có được phòng khám cho riêng mình.

Việc theo đuổi ước mơ này bắt nguồn từ việc đọc những cuốn sách làm giàu và phát triển bản thân mà Chun khá ngạc nhiên khi có nhiều bạn trẻ cho rằng chúng “sáo rỗng” hay “thiếu thực tế”. Mình đã làm theo một cuốn sách, thử nhắm mắt lại và tưởng tượng khi Chun 60 tuổi, mình sẽ mở mắt ra và nhìn lại cuộc sống của mình trước đây như thế nào. Khi đó mình cảm thấy sẽ thật hạnh phúc nếu ngay từ bây giờ mình cố gắng, thì 60 tuổi mở mắt ra mình sẽ có 20 năm là một bác sĩ, làm việc và cống hiến giúp được rất nhiều người theo đúng mơ ước của mình thay vì sự tiếc nuối. Bỏ ra 10 năm để đổi lấy 20 năm làm việc mình thích thì tốt hơn rất nhiều cảm giác nuối tiếc ở tuổi 60 nếu chúng ta không làm.

Chia sẻ chút xíu về việc làm đẹp đi. Một tips nhỏ nào mà Chun có thể chia sẻ với những bạn mê làm đẹp thế nhưng lại loay hoay tìm hiểu về làn da của mình hay không?

Thực tế thì có rất nhiều người (thường là con trai) họ có một làn da đẹp dù rất lười skincare, chỉ cần rửa mặt mỗi ngày là đủ. Làn da của họ thậm chí còn đẹp hơn những người chăm sóc tỉ mỉ, cẩn thận mỗi ngày. Điều này sẽ hiển nhiên xảy ra nếu như chăm sóc da thế nhưng lại chăm sóc sai cách thì kết quả sẽ tệ hơn là không chăm sóc.
