Chương trình được sáng lập và thực hiện bởi hoa hậu trí tuệ Phạm Thị Thanh Nhung – Đại sứ thanh niên Liên Hiệp Quốc. Đây là một hành trình tìm kiếm, đồng hành và đào tạo cho các nhân tài nhí đất Việt khắp năm châu. Top 50 tài năng trẻ là 50 đại sứ truyền cảm hứng trẻ Việt Nam. Kiến tạo đã có mặt tại London, Birmingham, Manchester, Scotland và Việt Nam.

Ban tổ chức mong muốn tạo ra một sân chơi bổ ích giúp các bạn nhỏ và gia đình tiếp cận kỹ năng, kiến thức, phương pháp, tư duy nhằm phát huy tối ưu tài năng ẩn chứa bên trong của mỗi cá nhân trong hành trình phát triển bản thân, hội nhập công dân toàn cầu vươn ra thế giới.

Sáng kiến hướng đến đào tạo các đại sứ trẻ truyền cảm hứng với giá trị đạo đức, kỹ năng thuyết trình hùng biện bằng tiếng Anh, kỹ năng sống.Các đại sứ kết nối tham gia vào nhóm đào tạo lãnh đạo trẻ đã vinh dự được ban tổ chức chọn trong đêm Gala Vinh Danh Tài Năng Quốc Tế vừa diễn ra ngày 29/10/2022 tại Asiana Bình Thạnh Plaza.

Tại sự kiện Vinh Danh này, các họa sỹ nhí đến từ các tỉnh thành Việt Nam và vương quốc Anh đã sáng tác và đem đến trưng bày 120 tác phẩm tranh vẽ tay và tô màu. Các tác phẩm do chính các họa sỹ nhí Vietnamese Kids Talent cùng 40 tác phẩm tranh của các nghệ sỹ quốc tế #ourothermother đã tạo thêm sắc màu yêu thương và lan tỏa thông điệp truyền cảm hứng về ý thức bảo vệ môi trường và bảo tồn vẻ đẹp đa dạng của mẹ thiên nhiên.

Đồng thời các đại sứ cùng giao lưu thực hành lòng biết ơn qua hoạt động viết và thuyết trình về thông điệp biết ơn cuộc sống làm nền tảng nuôi dưỡng hạnh phúc từ tâm do chính các đại sứ cùng nhau thiết kế “CÂY BIẾT ƠN”.

Sự kiện vinh danh Tài Năng Trẻ Quốc Tế với chuỗi sự kiện và hội thảo đồng hành cùng các gia đình trước và sau sự kiện vinh danh đã diễn ra tại Đà Nẵng rất thành công vào ngày 8/10/2022, London 23/10 và Saigon 30/10 bao gồm các hội thảo chia sẻ dành cho phụ huynh:
